End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to GetBetter! This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Get Better LLC ("Company," "We," or "Us") governing your use of the GetBetter social media application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the App or its related services.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). By making User Content available through the App, you grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content in connection with the App and our business.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates this EULA or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

Your privacy is important to Us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://getbetterbrand.com/privacy-policy, explains how We collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall We be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in U.S.A. to resolve any legal matter arising from this EULA.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on our App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
