Monday

Drink + 1Gallons of Water per day minimum.

Meal 1

Protein Intake: ~30g

  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 2 pieces of toast
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium iced americano black

Meal 2

Protein Intake: ~90g

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Oikos protein yogurts (20g protein each)
  • 2 protein granola bars (10g protein each) - Nature Valley Protein Bar (Salted Carmel Nut)
  • Protein shake post workout (30g)

Meal 3

Protein Intake: ~75g

  • Salmon Fillet cut 1.5 (~60g protein)
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Lemon
  • Snack on cashews throughout night (10-15g protein)
